Waters Edge Fitness was founded to be a community resource that promotes positivity, growth, and both physical and spiritual well-being. STRONG by Zumba® uses fast-paced rhythms like EDM, Hip-Hop, and fusion genres like Moombahton to get the students 100% focused on the moves instead of counting reps
Barre
Barre mixes elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training and is all set to music that is sure to motivate you! In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use techniques and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body.
Drum Beats
Designed for all fitness levels, cardio drums integrates a total body workout where everyone uses drum sticks to drum on stability balls. This workout features total body toning and cardio conditioning appropriate for any fitness level. Drum out to your favorite songs, sweat out some aggression and have fun doing it with your friends!
