One day my good friend invited me to her Zumba class (she was newly licensed), and I thought, 'I have heard about this Zumba business, I guess I will go and give it a try'. I wasn't confident that it would be much of a workout, so I went in the class with no towel and just a little bit of water...MISTAKE!! I left that class sweaty, thirsty, tired and so incredibly HAPPY! Who in the world knew exercising could be a party??
