Hiit and Run
In this class, we use our own bodies and workout for about 25 minutes if HIIT (done at every level), and we finish with a one mile run, walk or whatever you need to complete your workout 🙂 W.E. Hope you join us and bring your friends 🙂 bring waters, running shoes and proper workout attire 🙂 dogs are allowed, must be leashed, and must clean up after your pup 😎
